Reader meditates and congratulates

The transformation of ordinary regional centre in the capital of the young Kazakh statehood has been a landmark event. Astana became the centre of Eurasian attractive platform of dialogue between East and West, between religions and peoples. Also it is the place to discuss topical issues of the day, the place where innovative solutions are offered, are born new ideas of cooperation and coexistence. Astana confirms thoughts N.A.Nazarbayev that the world may be different, renewed.

Part of this problem decides the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with method of Diplomacy and civil liability. The friendly staff of the library will celebrate its fifth anniversary with the opening day, in April. Five years is short term by bibliographical measure, but how many good deeds done during that time. National Academic Library was held, was the real centre of spirituality, culture, science and information in Kazakhstan.

I am one of those discerning readers who regularly meet spiritual needs in comfortable and spacious reading rooms, and enjoy the wide choice of the library. Theatres argue «It all starts with a wardrobe». Perhaps they are right, because reader's mood and opinion of the institution forms from the checkroom. Security meets reader cordially and respectfully, smiling and lissom checkroom attendant, and then begins to communicate with professionals in their case.

Members are on good term with readers, can encourage and be a leader to newcomers, to reassure and to share concerns resentful pensioner, be her patient person, and quickly help professionals, students, educators and scientists on the business. Attention, kindness, participation, understanding, and demanding responsibility, these are psychological method of communication of all team members with readers without exception. This is a handwriting style and authority of a great team of NABRK. Readers are growing and multiplying from year to year. This is deliberate organizational and outreach work of personal to attract new readers, new allies and new visitors. These are interesting case reading conference, arranging meetings with interesting authors, as well as meetings with artists, poets, composers, scientists, painters, politicians. Also these are organization of exhibitions of painters, photographers, masters of national applications products. In other words, it is multifaceted organizational and creative of big staff, which gives a result and a positive assessment of readers.

Visiting the National Academic Library is a special case for me. As VM Shukshin said: «We need a holiday soul». For me, this holiday occurs on Sundays when I can devote my time to a meeting with respected authors, read interesting articles on philosophy, ecology journals “Znanie-Sila”(“Knowledge Is Power”), “Nauka i Zhizn” (“Science and Life”), “Misl” (“Idea”), “Nauka i Religia” (“Science and Religion”), “Istoria Kazakhstan” (“History of Kazakhstan”) and others, view the newspaper articles. The library is a place where I get a great deal of information, find answers to my questions. I follow the developments on the study of «space and time» with great interest, as an interdisciplinary topic.

My knowledge is helping me on my work of teaching in professional lyceum №1, in Astana, communicating with colleagues and students. Every time personal of NABRK takes part on decision of my reading problems. They are always friendly, attentive and warning. At my request, I have been given the rare and limited editions of Russian authors, dissertation abstracts, and domestic and foreign scientists. Fund is growing and expanding international links the electronic exchange of books from the funds of Russia, Britain and other countries.
