A significant day in the history of independent Kazakhstan - the 15th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan – is approaching. Methodical recommendations “Ata Zanga – 15 Zhyl” in state and Russian languages for this event have been prepared by the staff of the Scientific-Analytical Centre of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The methodical recommendations are intended to help librarians, lecturers and other interested parties at conducting events devoted to the Constitution of RK.
Materials on organizing exhibition and conducting review are available in the manual's chapter “Main Priorities of the Basic Law”. It includes such topics as development stages of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state symbols, human rights and innovative advance, struggle with corruption, development and progress of RK citizens' voting rights, presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE.
Besides, quotations, aphorisms, list of recommended literature from NABRK collection to the Day of Constitution and reference literature used for preparing methodical recommendations are placed in the manual.
